We just had a wonderful first meal at the Iron Skillet on our way back from beautiful Cranberry Glades and Summit Lake. Saturday night and it was a lively, fun sort of place. A homely, family-orientated restaurant, I had the best boneless ribs and home-made barbeque sauce I have ever had. The coffee was plentiful.. strong, fresh but not bitter. The sweet bread rolls are home-made and excellent. My steamed broccoli side was still bright green.. perfectly cooked. The home-made French fries were plentiful, hot and yummy!
