STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY and all their many incarnations (Jolina Beverly Hills, Roxbury Homes, LLC, etc.)! I rented a gorgeous, newly-renovated studio apartment from them in 2011 and just now concluded a LENGTHY (and unsuccessful) battle to retrieve my security deposit from them in Small Claims court.
