We bought a home with termites in the garage, the seller chose this co. to treat them just before we closed on the home. 6 weeks later, we found 5 tubes around 2-3 inches long hanging in our family room which is right next to the garage. They came out and did a retreat and now, 11 mo. later, we found another 2 inch tube hanging down in our family room again. We called for another re-treat and they will not do it as it's been just past the 12months since the INITIAL treatment. They want $150 for us to "renew" our pest control coverage. We believe the termite
