We bought T-shirts as a fundraiser for an overseas adoption from this company. We ordered a certain color shirt. These shirts were on backorder from the supplier so BSW decided to replace the color we wanted with a different color. They did not ask us what color we wanted, but instead made a decision for us. When we were not happy with their choice, they were not willing to replace the product with a similar product or refund our money. There website claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but I am not satisfied.
