I started at 232 lbs and a size 18.....Now I am 155 and in a 10 (although I do have 2 pairs of jeans in an 8). I cannot say enough about this program....it was the answer to my prayers. After contemplating my weight struggles I have come to truly believe that preservatives and processed foods do not agree with me at all......not that anyone should consume them....but I am truly a new person.
