My wife and I have a dryer that started making screeching noises and began to overheat. I called Randy Luke from Luke%u2019s Washer and Dryer. He came out and first broke off the thermostat then said that must have been the problem so he replaced it with what looked like a used one and charged us $35 for the part and $65 for the service call. Five minutes after he left the washer was still making screeching noises and overheating. I called him probably 10 times over that week and left several messages.
