Review
Sarah Hill is one of the most unprofessional rental property managers I have ever encountered. Avoid her at all costs. If you do rent from her, you must do a thorough assessment of the property BEFORE you move in, because she won't fix anything after you are in. When my A/C went out, she tried to act like I did something to cause it. It was nuts! When I did move out, after giving proper notice, she charged my deposit for pre-existing conditions. She knows that most people won't fight her, so she lies.
