I would share my story but if I did they would know who I am. There are MANY computer repair shops in anchorage, AK just choose one that will appreciate you and not your money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM K2 COMPUTERS. Also I noticed they constantly post nasty adds on Craiglist about other computer shops / Techs go look for yourself. They also use 2 phone numbers 907-272-0122
