I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the gentleman that came out today, Oct.4th 12. I am not quite sure of his name but he was VERY caring and understanding with me, my husband and the fact that I had 3 kids under the age of 4 in my vehicle when it decided to stall out on me in the middle of poplar in traffic!! He waited patiently for about 3 hours (I think) with my husband while I struggled disparately trying to get something to get my kids and me home safely. Any way possible he thought he could help us he did. I was already scared, worried, frustrated, an
