Hopefully you can avoid the kind of experience we had. The owner gave us an estimate. His employee came out and did the job. It was completely different than what we believed we agreed on. He charged $125 an hour. It was sloppy and looked terrible (white grout smeared over clear sealant, grout smeared over tiles and glass, sealant half removed in spots and not replaced, grout over top of dark grout which now cannot be cleaned). AND he scratched every surface of the tub permanently with the tool he used to remove the grout. The owner told us he wo
