When our refridgerator broke, we called Advanced Appliance at the suggestion of friends who had used them before and been very happy with their service. They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even had the part we needed on the truck. The refridgerator was fixed in less than an hour, and the service was the most professional and courteous service we have ever gotten.
