I paid for a "find and patch" pool service on 9/4. The servicemen said there is "no leak", Possible from my equipment. That I will receive a partial credit for not patching. I covered pool the day next day. The water is about half the amount til now. Not only that I paid for the service and I still have not receive my partial credit, but my pool problem still exist. I should receive not partial but ALL MY PAYMENT BACK. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH ISLAND RECREATIONAL.
