To whom it may concern, Mr. Juan Jose Garcia completed my explicit work plans for new laminate flooring and new/light in dining room, new kitchen granite counters with new sink and fixtures, removed and installed a new stove hood, and he completed all the baseboards around the dining, living and hall areas.
