User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Jay 10/08/2009 NEVER use them for appliance repairs ..RIPOFF ....they go by a "book rate" not a service call and charged me $142.50 labor for a 15 minute actual time job. My housekeeper was there and protested but the dryer was out with load of wet clothes so felt she had no choice ...and I gave them all info before hand so they could bring part and get it done in one call not 2 trips.....Owner contacted and would not talk about it ....go elsewhere ....they are a RIPOFF ... woould not buy new appliances from them either .....
