Review
I had them replace a furnace in one of the condos we own. They performed the installation fine but once paid they were no where to be found for questions or issues. In fact, I could not obtain a receipt for my payment of $1700 no matter how many times I asked. In today's market there is no room for poor customer service. I would never use this group again because (1) poor service and (2) not smart enough to know that the cost of acquiring a new customer is much, much greater than the cost of keeping them.
