I had a HORRIBLE experience with this seller. I asked some questions about their products (did the carry a particular item) and prices (why an increase). I received a SCATHING reply about "questioning their prices" and my order was cancelled. I did nothing wrong seeking out this information and my questions were characterized as "outrageous." Having dogs my whole life - and feeding premuim foods - I always ask when there is an increase and have NEVER been treated like this. With their increase in pricing, their products are no longer competit
