I had called two other companies and receieved 'service' from them and was let down. The first place explained to me that my problem was not fixable with my current systems and required expensive upgrades. I knew this wasn't true because I had researched the problem online some myself. The second place I went to for help said it would be an easy fix. they sent a technician out with an estimate of 1 hour labor. 6 hours later the 'tech' had made the problem worse.
