Why oh why did I not read the reviews before taking my tablet here? If you break your screen on your phone or tablet, save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else. Seriously, the customer service here is absolutely deplorable. I shipped my Surface in for repair. It was delivered and I got a confirmation that it was.
