Quoted $580 for refrigerator repair. We say too much and pay them their $35 service fee. They call back and say they can use generic non GE part with same warranty as OE. They say between $380-$420. My wife says we can do $380 they say well it's going to be $420... ok but that includes the the $35 already paid right? "Yes it does"
