I made the biggest mistake by hiring them. First of all, they arrived 3 hours late. Then when it was time to unload my stuff into my new house...(we moved to a different state), my $800 coffee table was cracked open from the side where you could literally tear the wood off with your hands! My expensive dryer was completely dented in from one side, so badly that when I turned it on to see if it still worked, it started burning up with the metal rubbing together and I had to buy a new one.
