Review
A time 4 paws organization does not help homeless and stray animals. Their website is a lie. They only take animals that have all their shots and are already neutered or spayed. Otherwise they will turn you away. I wouldn't have a problem with that if that is what they advertised. They want you to think they are such a great place that won't turn anyone away so they can take your money, time, and help. But, when an animal really needs help they do not care. I know this from experience. They are not what they seem.
