I reserved a round trip dropoff/pickup to Newark airport in Aug. 2011. I confirmed my itinerary with Merhi days before my trip and went over the details of my reservation again to make sure everything was in place. I was assured by Merhi everything is set. I have always used car services in Florida without a problem but this is the first time I have used one in Jersey. The pickup from my house was fine. Mini van was on time and held 5 people plus our 5 carryon luggage comfortably. Pickup from Newark airport to my home is a different story. Merhi did not have a van at the ai
