This place is a DISASTER! Their animals are infested with mites to the point employees and customers leave with ugly red bug bites. There are HUGE rats that roam freely ( I hope that escaped from their feeders). Reptiles randomly get out and are not seen for months. The owners often argue and randomly close the store for hours at a time and the place is filthy. I understand sales and mark up but their dog and cat food prices are ridiculous! The last time I was there they had found a ROACH NEST in their ceiling and I vowed never to go back. EW! Their only saving gr
