I was attempting to order fabric for custom window treatments..was told they could order a certain fabric I liked. Even though it was ridiculously expensive compared to other fabric stores, it was perfect. The woman called back a WEEK later to tell me they couldn't order it anymore, but they might be able to get it without the pattern and she would call me back that day. I waited, and waited, she never called. When she finally did she said they couldn't get that either. Which wouldn't be so bad if she (and everyone else that worked there) wasn't rude to
