Just like everyone else in Douglas County, I was excited and anxious to hear about the new Double R Dancehall & Saloon that was to be coming to Roseburg, replacing Coyotes Jack's; a country-western bar with a good dance floor. My first experience there was as expected, a new restaurant with new menus, cook staff, and servers a long wait while the food was cooked for the first time for the public.
