I will not do business with them again. I had several positive transactions with Shakey's in the past, although they did take longer than they should have. But the last transaction was terrible. I was told it would be ONE MONTH wait time which turned into five months. After calling more than once during the wait, I eventually got an answer back and I was told it would take another two months to fill my order(making it seven months total), at which point I asked for a refund and was met with resistance. Eventually a refund was agreed upon but they are charging me
