The service here at NTB in Murfreesboro, TN is bad. I came in for an oil change . They said it would take 20 to 30 minutes, thats ok, bit it took 3 houhours. They then tried to tell me that I needed a sertine belt, and when I asked to see the belt they showes me, and nothing was wrong with the belt, because I had it changed 3 days ago. All they do is try to sell you parts that you dont need. With a coupon for an oil change that was 19.99 they tried to charge me 100 dollars.
