Called them yesterday morning because my basement was flooding. They had someone over to me almost immediately (within an hour). Wasn't sure exactly where it was coming from, but the technician was able to figure it out with a few minutes of poking around. An hour later the flooding had stopped, half hour later all the water was gone. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Queens Blvd!
