While we have enjoyed some great meals at Arugula, lately they have become overpriced with no discernable improvement in the quality of the dishes. Further, the noise level is extreme and the diners do not seem to have any appreciateion for other diners. This may due to some servers who are as loud as the diners. Tonight, there was no air conditioning, very uncomfortable. Not sure we will return until the pricing and noise level improves. By the way, Tom, Andrea and Brianna are GREAT servers!!
