My daughter and I had a manicure and pedicure on a Saturday and the technician pushed so hard on our cuticles it caused bleeding to my thumbs and two of her toes. We told them they were hurting us and got a giggle and "so sorry". Four days later my thumb nails still hurt and I have discoloration or bruises by my cuticles. I called to tell them and got another "oh, so sorry". Although the facility is clean, technicians are not skilled and I do not recommend them. My daughter still has blood marks by her toes and I hope infection does not follow.
