This place has the worst customer service ever! The young lady in the office is as rude as anyone I have ever met. Granted it is a thankless job as no one is happy about having their vehicle towed, but why do you have to make it a more miserable experience than it has to be. A thank you or a please when you asking someone for their license or registration wouldn't kill anyone, but this girl said she doesn't have to say that! Avoid parking your car anywhere where these people have a contract to tow vehicles as it won't be a pleasant experience.
