I have a home warranty through Colonial Home Warranty. They do business with Central Plains. I called about my refrigerator not keeping the temperature. Deanna took my call and said they would get someone scheduled. The repair man came as promised. He said he would have to order the parts and would get back with me within a couple of days. I didn't hear anything and phoned back. I was informed that this was not covered under my warranty. Service denied!!! I then had my washing machine go out shortly after.
