Incompetent service. Brought my laptop in for a new fan dec. 2012. Took a month to get it back to me. The fan he put in was more defective than the one he took out. Took it back in to get a new fan... spent two months ordering fans, getting defective fans. Dan Baker has two phone numbers, but one is an answering machine he never checks and one he routinely does not answer during business hours. I spent over a week trying to get in contact with him after he said my laptop was ready only to come in during office hours two days when he wasn t there, and fi
