Just terrible! We already agreed on a price and dates for my move, then I never heard back from them again. I had to keep calling them because they wouldn't call me. Twice they said they'd get right back to me to finalize everything (one of those times said they'd call back within the hour), and they never called me back. I had to miss the dates of my move because of these guys!
