I use to love this store. The customer reward program was great. When you accumulated enough points you redeemed them for free items or a gift card. Now they will not allow you to redeem them until the final day of promotion so if you dont make it there on that day you lose all your reward points and the store gets your money for nothing. IT IS NOW A SCAM!! You are much better off shopping at Kroger, they give you money off gas for your reward points and they are not trying to scam you out of the points you earned.
