Your people understand that my goal is to keep my 13 year old car running for a couple more years without breaking the bank. As always, I was told up front what the diagostic costs and time would be. The service rep cleared explained what the problem was and recommended that the part be replaced with a used part from one of your vehicles. It was much faster and half the price of getting a new part. Thanks for the great customer service!
