I had the complete detail service on my car. They scratched the plastic window on the dashboard. The manager tried to fix it but could not. They took my complaint and said that the owner would get back to me. He did not. After many attempts to get the owner to call back, I found the owner's phone number and called him directly. He denied responsibility saying it was impossible for them to scratch the window. He said it was probable that I did not notice that the scratch was already there. What a load of BS! Be aware of this business. There have been other complaints.
