Countryview Manor is a home for 26 individuals nestled in the hills overlooking beautiful Carroll County. Our home is an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) and has been family owned for over 40 years. We specialize in caring for those with both physical and developmental challenges. Our highly trained staff focuses on enriching our individual’s lives by providing a home where the individuals are empowered to make choices and encouraged to be as independent as possible.
