Makoto Japanese Buffet

My Party of two had dinner on a friday nite and was suprised that it wasnt crowded. The Sushi was good and so was the miso soup . The rest of the Buffet was luke warm at best and over cooked till the food was dry. The wait staff was pleasant but almost aplolgetic when they came to our table. It was an odd experience . I will only go again for the Sushi and if I have a Coupon in hand......
