This is a horrible company to work for. Operating in the former Heinz factory, with many of the former Heinz employees, one is constantly reminded of their worthlessness. Management believes that employees are overpaid, uneducated, useless, and lazy. They display this daily and blame recent cut backs and non-profitable quarters solely on the employees. If the upper management, based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, would or could realize how bad this company is being run and how low moral is at the factory maybe they would do something.
