The Cracked Pepper Bistro is a bistro located in the South-West corner of Shaw and Fresno, in the Mission Village shopping center. At C.P.B. we offer a European style of dining that is not easy to find in the Fresno area. We offer slow dining with a California eccentric style cuisine. The chefs mission statement at Cracked Pepper Bistro is to offer consistently great food using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, as often as possible using ingredients that can be grown or found locally. The service mission statement here is to make every guest feel at home in our dining room. We go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for each guest.
