This place and company needs a negative star rating because one star is WAY too much. I am beyond irate! So.. Go to T-Mobile wanting to switch over from Verizon. Give them my info and start setting it up. Get to the end of process and decide I don't want it. Cancel out of it everything all good ya? NO! They say I'm all good and take my number and switch it to the phone I decided not to buy. So I spend a day trying to get it back.
