Ok first of all, we came in here because it had a 20% off sign in the front. There was NO ONE in the shop. That should've been the first sign to run the heck out of there. Me and my friend asked about the prices and turns out, the 20% off is only if you spend $30. Its $25 dollars for a full set and since we're student's, 22 with a discount. After we get seated there is only TWO people working at the shop. Some woman takes my friend and then this guy takes me. It's dead quiet in the shop and the guy working on my hand keeps looking out the window. He ge
