My Mom and girlfriend have gone here a few times. Their first experiences were great, but they have gotten gradually worse each time. First off, they gave my girlfriend an INFECTION, which could have been caused by a couple things; 1) they dug way too far into her cuticle and 2) they use their bare hands to put "sanitized" tools into bags to be used later. Trust me, cleanliness is not a priority. They also get angry when you tell them to do something even slightly out of the ordinary (such as shaping your nail a certain way), so customer service isn%
