The staff is unprofessional & unfit. I was an established patient for more than 6 years when I called Oct 12th 2011 to make an appt. for Oct 24th for tooth pain. The receptionist told me that the only opening on the 24th was for a tooth cleaning and that she could schedule a cleaning and the doctor would look at my tooth then. I spoke with the office manager and she told me the same thing, but she added that my pain was probably due to not having my teeth cleaned for a long time and refused to schedule an appt. for the doctor to look at my tooth that was bothering me,
