I am the travel agent who helped Mr. Ly who is the father of the author of the negative review. Today I saw the review written by Mr. Ly %u2018s daughter criticizing our company. I can understand her and her family%u2019s disappointment with AA Airlines%u2019 flight delay, but I am afraid Ms. Ly was unaware of all of the facts.
