I am the travel agent who helped Mr. Ly who is the father of the author of the negative review. Today I saw the review written by Mr. Ly %u2018s daughter criticizing our company. I can understand her and her family%u2019s disappointment with AA Airlines%u2019 flight delay, but I am afraid Ms. Ly was unaware of all of the facts. First, Mr. Ly and his wife did not miss their entire tour in Beijing. They missed one day because of the flight delay beyond our control.
