Horrible experience. I brought in a black and white dress shirt that had tea stains around the shoulder area. The guy said the stains would not be a problem. When I brought the shirt home, I realized there were little pink markings (dots and smears) all around the black the part of the shirt (the lower part of the garment). I took it in and showed it to the guy and he got really defensive saying that I had done it and it wasn't his fault and that it was a crappy shirt anyway (it was a gift from my gf and cost $90!!).
