DON"T USE! I used B & R for oven repair, which was barely managed after lost parts and guesswork. When my my washer broke and I was referred a man by Sears, I went into it not knowing it was the same company. I knew what was wrong when I spoke with his wife on the phone and asked if he could order the part before coming out, she said no, but that it would be $28.50 for his diagnostic to make sure he got the right part, 82.50 for the the first service visit and $80hr after that.
