Never deal with this jewelry company. The woman from China is deceitful. While other pearl shops in the same street will only charge $3-10 for pearl drilling service. The woman charges $50 for the same service. Worse of all, she ruins your pearl by drilling an ugly big hole with an irregular shape. The surface of the pearl was scratched and damaged. Completely non professional, non-responsible, and deceitful.
