THE WORST!! They botched the diagnosis, charged me to "fix" my unfixable computer, sent my PC back to me with no sound and made me bring it back in to re-fix. When I was FINALLY told that my PC had a motherboard issue and was unfixable, they sold me a piece of junk desktop that I was told would be comparable to my old desktop. Meanwhile, the computer is slow as dirt and a complete waste of money. They are unprofessional, unqualified and straight rude!
